One of my electronic subcobtractor doing final testing of devices is not ISO 14001 certified? That subcontractor has no intention to get their organization certified to 14001. The reason given is that the nature of business is just purely testing of electonics devices as to whether the parts are operational or not. Should this type of business be excluded from certification?
