I need some help from you guys, since receiving our ISO 9001:2000 last April - Yipee!!, my management have come up with some rather good ideas to be implement in the organisation. We want to start our Monthly Reporting for each department. I need some formats for each department, Finance, Projects, HR, Production and Sales.

I may give suggestons for production, HR dept.s.

These are basically Key Performance Indicators. It varies from industry to industry. Bar graphs with target lines will have more impact.My suggestions are base on my experience and for bulk material industry.

For example, the following items can be included in the monthly report of production dept.s
--Production acheived
--Sub. Standard(%)
--Waste(%)
--Producton loss/down time.
--I/O ratios
--Consumption of auxilary raw matwrials,utilities,energy etc./output
--Non-conformances and corrective actions in the month.(Text-form)
--Training man-days/person
--Engineering changes in the month and date of implementation(Text-Form)
--Suggestins from employees.
--Preventive actions initiated in the month...etc

For HR dept.
--(%) overtime,
--(%) absentism,
--training mandays/person (for whole plant)
--employee turn-over..etc
