Hi,

I'm looking for a SQA/SEPG Job in Singapore. I'm knowledgeable in CMM and CMMI. Maybe someone here can help me.

Thanks,
Meifm

hi... i noticed your location is outside singapore. you may want to try searching for singapore jobs at these websites:

www.jobsdb.com/sg

sg.jobstreet.com

www.st701.com

the above are the popular websites for employers and agents in singapore. good luck! :)

Hi Meifm,

Are you a Singaporean or foreigner?
Do you have background for Software Safety process knowledge?

In my limited experience, I have noticed that the term "SQA" is not universal jargon for an employee of a customer whose job is to monitor and approve quality systems and processes of suppliers. What are some of the key words you use in your search?

When all else fails, please read through these two threads for some tips in job hunting

Often, the best jobs aren't advertised BECAUSE a smart candidate gets there BEFORE the organization formulates an ad or BEFORE they know they need someone with the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.

Let us know whether the info in those threads helps you change your job search method.

Limited experience, I don't think so. :notme: But you are right the Acronym "SQA," in my limited experience, means Supplier Quality Assurance and I have seen it mean Software Quality Assurance two titles that have different requirements and responsibilities.

My clue should have been "SEPG" (software engineering program group)

Nonetheless, the advice to read the two threads holds.
