I am looking for new horizons and really would like to work abroad of Latin America.
I have degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering and MBA in Marketing.
My current position is Operations Technical Manager, with responsibilities for Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehousing, Maintenance, Capital investments, Receipt & Expedition and Lean coordination at the Brazilian site of ICI's Quest International Fragrances and Flavours company.

For the relocation I will need a permit to work VISA, in countries where it is applicable.

1st...change your resume (shorten it) Even though it is nice and detailed it starts to read like "War and Peace"

2nd...get rid of the check marks

3rd...Why do you want foriegn work? What's wrong with your country? What have you to offer me? (Honest questions I would ask if I were an employer)

Ok Randy, many thanks for the advises! I made my resume with a Brazilian standard, most used by headhunters.
If you or someone could help me sending an example of a effective resume, I will be very glad!

There isn't an absolute right or wrong way here. Here in the states you don't want to go more than 2 pages, and you want the format to be simple and easily read. After 2 pages or trying to decipher what is being presented the average gatekeeper or prospective employer will get bored.

Just give the basic information, highlight what you've done beyond the basic job, and provide what you have to offer.
