My boss ask me to develop the "Concept Feasibility Review" checklist for new products, I haven't any template for this. Does someone have any experience or template about this ? (how to make sure the products concept could be execute before the prototype sample make or later the prototype sample make?), this stage should be ahead of the DME (Design Margin Evaluation). is it right? :bonk:

You might find the AIAG APQP manual useful in this regard; it includes a number of process checklists, as well as a "Team Feasibility Commitment" checklist that addresses some of your concerns. It's available for purchase here ('TinyURL' link removed).
