Hello All,
I wonder if anyone can help me.
To give you some background, I work for a small manufacturing company who has 1 QA rep, 1 purchasing rep and 1 inwards goods rep.
As we are hoping to gain ISO9001:2000 accreditation in the future, but are quite thin on the ground when it comes to staffing levels, if anyone could share with me an example of a relatively easy to manage supplier appraisal systems that could be used to appraise a supplier list of approx 100 it would be most appreciated.
