Related to Quality/Environmental Management System
that can be applied from Top Management down to
operator level and can easily understood by them.

Related to Quality/Environmental Management System
that can be applied from Top Management down to
operator level and can easily understood by them.
:thanx:the word "discipline" in connection with work always makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. What kind of discipline are you referring to? Which of the following definitions?

Training expected to produce a specific character or pattern of behavior, especially training that produces moral or mental improvement.
Controlled behavior resulting from disciplinary training; self-control.
a) Control obtained by enforcing compliance or order.
b) A systematic method to obtain obedience: (a military discipline.)

(a teacher who demanded discipline in the classroom.)
Punishment intended to correct or train.
A set of rules or methods, as those regulating the practice of a church or monastic order.
A branch of knowledge or teaching.1, 2, & 6 seem reasonable in this context; 3, 4, & 5 do not.
