I suggest you look through the Elsmar Cove Forums Post File Attachments Listing (http://elsmar.com/Forums/fileslist.php) and the Elsmar Cove Free Files Directory (http://elsmar.com/pdf_files/).

Try looking for audit check lists and gap analysis excel .xls spreadsheets. There are quite a few of them.

ISO 9001:2000 vs. TS 16949 requirements is a different matter.

Are you transitioning from TS 16949 from ISO 9001:2000?

I have a file that I found here some time ago that lists all the ISO9001 and TS16949 sections and clauses plus audit questions. The black text is ISO9001 and the red text is the TS16949 additions. I'll attached it for your review. Hope this helps identify the differences for you.

I assume you are aware that in the TS manual, all the requirements in the text boxes are ISO 9001, word for word. Therefore, all the requirements outside the textboxes are TS additional requirements.

Top management shall ensure that appropriate communication processes are established within the organization and that communication takes place regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system.-How to implement?

I have always done this by putting the planned communications in a matrix.

An example can be found in attachment.

Hope this helps,

Antoine
