I am engaged as a consultant with a company in CT that produces software and Part 11 compliant applications, for selection of an Offshore vendor to outsource part of the software development and QA work.

Experience producing Part 11 and HIPAA compliant applications is one of the prerequesites.

Any leads greatly appreciated
