I'm not sure, but they are the Mexican National AB.
Some personnel certifications (specifically metrological certifications) are handled directly by CENAM, not EMA.

So, they are the equivalent to US's ANAB.
RABQSA certifies personnel and training providers....
PS. Did you read the press release in the link available in the original post?Some Registrars might have a concern with that arrangement...;)
There are many registrar reps that come to the Cove as "voyeurs". This is good material for them to bring it up to their bosses attention.

Not only the National equivalent to ANAB, but also to IAS/A2LA/NVLAP.....EMA is also an APLAC signatory for test, cal, and inspection.....not sure about any IAF signatory status however.
