1.PPAP is a submission which a supplier submitts to his customer, but do top three require their suppliers submit with a uniform PSW that we can see in PPAP manual? If so, my question is why a supplier not submit with a PSW itself since it is certificated by TS/QS?
2.What is the authorized individual or department to approve PPAP? What are differencent roles between Engineering and Quality during approving a PPAP?
3. How does a molding plastic supplier submit a PPAP?

the top three and all due to PSW is an anex of the Standard ISO TS 16949 and apply to all within TS 16949

Quality Department, SQA.

The same as others you fulfill the Customer template PPAP requested and submit them with the initial parts (Ask them for the template) before aproval to the Customer.

I am sorry. The company I am servicing now is not ISO/TS certified.

I am sorry but you are not correct.
The PPAP handbook is only part of the standard if your customers insist that it is.
Even if it is I do not know if you must use exactly the same form.

The PPAP is submitted by the person that the company decides should submit it.
This can be Quality, Engineering, Project Manager, as long as he is empowerd to make the declaration for his company.

PPAP is not product specific. You need to submit/retain the various documents required by your customer!

If you are introducing PPAP as an internal requirement without supplier demands then you can decide exactly what you want to submit and make your own checklist and forms.

I agree with Howard.
ISO TS requires "an" approval procedure recognised by the customer.

If you are implementing a PPAP procedure yourself without requirements from your customer the choice is yours to follow the PPAP (or VDA) manual completely, partially or not at all.

TS16949 doesn't actually relate to PPAP/PSW entirely, only that you follow the blue book PPAP. The customer specifics usually have some other requirements for PPAP. Ford has their own supplement of specifics for PPAP.
