With the orientation to process managment (Process owner),,,
Has process managment changed the organization chart (Deparments) of your company?.
Or the Deparments are still alive...

Interesting question. I believe that it will take decades for flow charts to make any impact on to organizational charts. Jim W. had one of those incredible pearls of wisdom about the challenges of implementing a process approach to QMS and I replied to his post here (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showpost.php?p=136045&postcount=61).

No real change here. This is how my organization looks at things - a process can mean one of two things...it is either a tool/methodology/concept or it is a department.
A department has defined inputs and outputs, customers, resource needs, etc.
A tool/methodology/concept is an application within our Business System such as 5S, standardization, benchmarking, failure analysis and so on.
We have 21 core methodologies and 16 departments. All methodologies impact all departments to some degree (i.e., it is not always a direct link).
Each process has a process owner. Within a department, you could call this person a department head/manager. For a methodology, the owner is responsible for coaching/mentoring/facilitating the effective and efficient usage of the tools throughout the departments.
