I would suggest that you create one specifically designed for your company. Base the schedule on the requirements and how your processes are laid out within your company.

We created our internal audit schedule by first identifying our critical processes and then, as Coury said, used the requirement as a guide to rank their importance and placement on the schedule. We currently audit 15 processes with an audit team of 3 internal auditors (well, we just gained one more, so make that 4, although she has not done any auditing yet).
