View Full Version : Confidence intervals - Provide a point estimator? BRoyal 15th November 1999, 09:05 PM A silly question, but one I need some whelp with: Whenever you provide a point estimator should you also provide a condidence interval? Don Winton 15th November 1999, 09:25 PM Yes, you should. How (terminology) you provide the CI is pretty much dependent upon your audience. Regards, Don ------------------ Just the ramblings of an Old Wizard Warrior. Roger Eastin 16th November 1999, 09:56 AM I'll second what Don says.
