Does anyone know of a site that has weekly or monthly brief Quality topics or short power point presentations? I am looking for something similar to a mechanic's tool box talk, minute safety talks, etc. to present in a manufacturing environment to keep quality discussions ongoing on the plant floor.

It seems to be a very good idea to have brief ongoing quality discussions regularly.

I am not aware of any such site but I suggest the following:

- Address one issue / concern at one time - Select, prepare and talk / discuss
- Select one relevant point from your established QMS and discuss
- Select one relevant point from the standards and discuss
- Raise the issues / findings of Internal / External Quality Audits and discuss one at a time

Once you are aware of a particular issue / concern / point you want to discuss or talk about, maybe you can prepare a presentation or one is available on this site or on the web. At least the inputs should be.

Its right under your nose! Search the files section of the cove. There are power point files of various topics as well as specific and detail discussions on the different clauses of the common standards.

Use your creativity - modify them to suit your purpose. I think you will get enough materials for years.
