Cgk is coefficient to series of data collected by the measurement system. It’s coming from Kolmogorov-Smirnov theory. My costumer use to apply this coefficient to see if the measurement system have normal Gaussean distribution.

Have a look here (http://www.analyse-it.com/kolmogorov-smirnov-normality-test_y.htm); no endorsement is implied. There is a 30-day trial available, and there are others (Google). For the sake of the search engines, it's Kolmogorov-Smirnov.
