Moderator note in edit:
CarolX has edited thread title to reflect correct table title. Note the 2003 edition is actually TWO tables. Read about it here: ASQ: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 (http://qualitypress.asq.org/perl/catalog.cgi?item=T004) (http://qualitypress.asq.org/perl/catalog.cgi?item=T013)

You can purchase them here

http://qualitypress.asq.org/perl/catalog.cgi?item=T004

They are documents protected by copyright laws and not available for free.

Z1.4 is almost the same as the older MIL-STD-105E. This document has been officially "cancelled", but it still available at various sites on the web, such as

ftp://www.variation.com/pub/milstd105e.pdf

I know there have been a few small changes over the years - some of the wording has changed and I believe that the switching rules (e.g. from normal to tightened) have changed somewhat, but as far as I know, the actual tables are still the same.

If you can live with "almost" the same, then the older MIL-STD-105E should do. If it is important to have the current "official" version, then spend the $ and buy one from ASQ.
