Welcome to the Cove :bigwave:

Please try the Search function. There are many examples of Control Plans posted here. Most follow the AIAG format but there are some others that go "above and beyond" the AIAG that are excellent.

Have you performed a Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)? I've had many requests for Control Plan examples but if you properly perform the PFMEA, the Control Plan "writes itself" once you understand the two "Characteristic" columns. Without the PFMEA being performed, the Control Plan is nothing more than a sheet of paper.

I'm not trying to put you off, but I'd like to understand you're understanding of Control Plans.

Bill is right. You can look at an example of a control plan, and, if you understand control plans, can pretty much go from there.

The content of your control plan will depend upon exactly what you are assembling (Automobiles? Wiring harnesses? Microscopes? Books?), customer specific requirements (when they exist), and other particulars specific to your company / assembly plant. At the very least we would need the specifics of what you are assembling.
