That is the most likely place to locate the term "PK". when two person fight, we will say A pk B. What we say in the US is "A verses B" (A vs B) or A knocked out B (A KO B). Games like Counter Strike, BHD etc dont really use the phrase as you are always killing others, frag is the common phrase here for killing another player. With MUD's PKing was quite often banned and was usually occasional even on those where it was allowed.
