i work for an electronic distributor and a percentage of our work is locating obsolete or hard to find components. Because of the 'grey' market in counterfeit products, many companies use NCNR (non-creditable, non-returnable) to protect them from liability costs.
To do this they get the customer to sign a NCNR form.
Due to the current market conditions, we have decided that we also need to proceed down this route to protect the customer and ourselves.
what i am looking for from fellow cove members is an example of a NCNR statement that i can sendto our customers before purchasing/delivering the goods.
