Forgive me for my ignorance...My company is set up to check every part number (1 out of every 25) we run to a check fixture. It is either good or bad. Please tell me how I go about setting up SPC's for such an environment. As a side note. Every part that we produce may have upwards of 15 different measurements per piece.

Consider using a "U" or a "C" attribute chart. The AIAG SPC manual would be a good source for initail details.
