I understand that depending on your trade (type of food manufactured), process, technology employed and machines employed, there are so much variables that it becomes almost impossible to have a standard checklist. Maybe that's why you don't find one around.
With regards to the standard items like control of docs. or records etc., you can use or modify from those used for iso 9k. A table within iso22k standard would show you the equivalent 9k clause.
If you are looking for a gap-analysis checklist, the only one I had ever come across is from TUV and its in German. I believe you should be able to get one from your potential/appointed CB.
Sorry, can't help further!
Regards.

Here's the best way to get an audit checklist:
1. Purchase the standard you want to audit to
2. Study it
3. Write a series of questions you would need to answer in order to know whether or not the standard were being met

Here's someone after my heart. You can't get any more simple and correct than that.

You can't get any more simple and correct than that. While I appreciate the replies, part of the idea of the forum is that people help each other understand the requirements rather that just telling people to 'study and understand' the requirements. Have you never read something and needed clarification?
If you are not interested in helping with specific help / interpretations, a general "go find out yourself" isn't helpful here. Please - Either help or do not post.
Thanks.
