Of course if you want the real thing, there is a place a few miles from here.... Hmmm, I'll meet you there for lunch. Dale D. Barnes 1st December 2006, 01:15 PM Not the 90's but grew up west of there about 40 miles and was there alot in the 80's. BBQ absolutly the best at the Rendezvous (SP). They had the best dry ribs ever. Located off of Beile Street just behind the Peabody in an alley. Suppose to still be there and just as good. After taking a quick look at the profile I found this under "what information are you looking for" section: "in 1993 I saw an old root vegetable shop on Union Street,Memphis TS.
