Welcome to the Cove, Chai :D

You're asking an awful lot, I'm afraid. There's just no way to distill all of the information down to something you can use in an interview. The good news is that the Cove is full of good information on the subjects you're interested in. In fact there's probably more information here in one place than anywhere else on earth. You're going to have to do some digging though. Use the search function. You can start by scrolling down and having a look at some of the related threads.

A bit of advice with regard to the interview: be honest. Don't try to make it look like you have experience when you don't. While cramming a lot of information might get you through the interview process, If you don't have the experience they need, it will become apparent in short order.

Good luck, and feel free to post again if you have specific questions.

If the auditor asks you, describe the process AS YOU UNDERSTAND IT. There is no point for a Cover to describe a well managed supplier monitoring process to you, if it does not bear any resemblance with the process deployed at your organization. If you are not the process owner, nor you are directly involved with those specific processes, just tell the auditor that you are not the appropriate interviewee for those questions.
In the audit protocol, there is no caning for saying "I don't know" if that is the truth.

Dear Jim and Vianna,

Thank you for your advise.
I will answer the question according to my experience.

I think they may ask "if company want you to source for new supplier? How are you going to do?" please share your experience and knowledge.

Thank you very much.

I guess there are probably a great number of folks who visit here at the Cove who have been victimized by clueless SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance/Audit) folks.

Hence when someone similarly clueless indicates he/she is applying for such a job, a multitude of red flags begin waving and a robotic voice pierces the stillness,
"DANGER! DANGER!"

My take on this is you should already have a good grasp of the ideal SQA system so you can adapt to variations you may encounter at a particular organization. Hours or days before the interview would be scant time for an otherwise experienced quality professional to begin cramming for a "politic" way to phrase a response, but your phrasing Dear friends,

I will attend one interview next week and i need to have some idea how to answer well on below few supplier question which i lack experience with.

1. Source, select and qualify supplier. (I did qualify supplier before but source

Thank your very much.

Chaisuggests you do not have the requisite experience of SQA from either side of the fence (supplier OR customer) to keep from embarrassing yourself.

My question is, "Where did you get these three questions?" From the interviewer? a friend? Google?
