Do you know what’s happening in Portugal with those companies? In order to reduce costs, the person who is calling us is now at Portuguese speaking country, like Angola, Mozambique, East Timor or Cape Verde. Not 100% but more or less cuts it out. There is a similar system called the Postal preference service that also cuts out junk mailing. |
