Hello Ahmed! Welcome to the Cove!

A couple of questions came to mind. Who is the client? Who are you performing this audit for? Is this an internal audit? Do you work for this company?

As this appears to be a pharmaceutical-related company: has the process been validated, or is your efforts part of the validation?

To the questions:

The scope/objectives of the audit should be determined by your client, the individual asking you to perform the audit.
The validation documentation should provide a great start for your endeavor.
You will need objective, technical individuals to assist you with the effort. Again, I would think the client would help with that effort.
These are just some initial thoughts. However, I am interested in the scope/nature of your audit. Too, I would be interested in the level of validation effort that has been conducted.
