We are wafer foundry. we want to qualify the anolog process. so how many items should we test? are there any standards?

There are many standards. Are you trying to qualify wafer and die only or are you packaging the devices? What type of application are the devices for commercial, aerospace, telecom, automotive, military?

We want to qualify the process by the wafer level and package level. Most of product reliability qualification are performed by customer and It is great that we could know about this.
Most of our products are for automotive.
