Can someone help me how to conduct Failure Analysis, what the criteria should be consider in failure Analysis.

Failure Analysis of what? Ae you talking about something specific like structures? Or Failure Analysis Methodology in general?

We will first assure the failure validity, failure characterization and localization in the second, then prepare the sample and trace defect, at last we will determine the root cause.:tg:

Root Cause Analysis would be a good application here. I know there are guidelines and training sources available.
