View Full Version : Quality Plan for construction company - Certification to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS

I am working with a construction company, helping them to achieve certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The system is pretty much in place but I am thinking that a project quality plan would be useful to 'tie in' each project.

I have looked through ISO 10005 (Guidelines for Quality Plans) but I am lacking in inspiration. Before I go off and develop one from scratch, has anyone got any examples they could share? I have looked through the document lists and cannot see anything suitable.

Construction Quality Assurance Plan ....... I saw before ......

1. Project Organization and Responsibilities
2. Construction Contractor/Subcontractor Qualification
3. Remedial Action Construction Elements such as site preparation work, potention issue, concern and solution....
4. Documentation and Reporting such as Pre-construction Submittals, construction documention and reporting......

Another side for your referrence....hope it will help you .....

Thanks Yew Jin, I was thinking about more of a table/matrix approach which allows them to identify the key steps in the project, along with responsibilities and perhaps room for 'sign off' of each activity - perhaps with a 'front sheet' which identifies who the key people are and project details etc.
