Hi, need urgent help - Can I have template of a Business Agreement which has to be signed with suppliers ? This will contain at a minimum, that no changes in validated process parameters, testing methods etc. are allowed.

Seems to me that regardless whether we supply one or not, you still need an attorney (solicitor?) to ensure the document fits your local laws - why not go direct NOW to your legal advisor?
