View Full Version : Material shortages to the production assembly line - Form and reporting system shawn dangerfield 19th December 2006, 03:41 PM i am looking for a form and reporting system for production to use to report shortages and track them. thanks jrubio 19th December 2006, 04:01 PM Just use a Kanban system with cards. Red, White and put them on a blackboard. The kanban cards pull for the suppy of material from the warehouse. Stablish the cards according with the usage. i.e 5 cards for 5.000 parts. If the 5 cards are run out use a red card and put them in your blackboard before you have notified to Logistics. This system is also named as Pull-sustem. jrubio 21st December 2006, 06:02 AM Dear shawn dangerfield I attached a file I created during I was an MPL and PCL Analist in Visteon and Delphi to truck the Linestops with Customer Buyers and Suppliers and people of production.
