This is a copy right issue. Standards can be obtained through various bookstores and on the internet. For instance at

You can find a copy here, under 'more free files' (see top bar of this page) and inside the military standard folder.

I think copyright is not an issue here because this standard had been discontinued since the late eighties. You can also download one from www.sqconline.com

MIL Standards do not have a copyright issue. US tax $$$ paid for them.

One other note -- there are minor differences between Z1.4 and 105E.

I believe some of the wording and some of the switching rules have changed. As far As I know, the main features - the lots sizes and allowable # of defect s - are all the same.
