Hi there,
I am trying to find out why I have got the distinct impression that I have seen a requirement to have and retain specified agendas and minutes from meetings, when documenting projects. I have been through FDA's website and GAMP4, but I just can't seem to find it.
Have any of you seen this requirement before or is it just a trick of my imagination?
