Hi there,

I am trying to find out why I have got the distinct impression that I have seen a requirement to have and retain specified agendas and minutes from meetings, when documenting projects. I have been through FDA's website and GAMP4, but I just can't seem to find it.

Have any of you seen this requirement before or is it just a trick of my imagination?

Not, really :(
But it does emphasize my feeling that it has been adressed by someone in writing. I can not but believe that - seeing that I am not the only one getting stuck in the mud on this subject - this has not been adressed formally somewhere...
