actually i got some confusion here..i'm doing my research on measuring web quality metrics of telcos service providers in my contries..but i'm not sure which framework model should i refers to...anyone have any idea?for your information,i'll doing its through interviews with some experties in telcos industry and i'll observes those websites,not from the end users...anyone can help me??
