I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for. A "M(achine) FMEA" would fall into either a D(esign)FMEA (if you're building it) or a P(rocess)FMEA (if you're producing from it) as I see it.

Thanks for any helpAre you asking about a special publication from the folks who publish "Machinery's Handbook," now in its 27th edition? This IS available from the publisher in electronic format.
I'm not aware they have a separate publication for FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) - have you seen such a copy?

No. He is asking about FMEA variants that Ford came out with 5-10 years ago. One was called a Machinery FMEA and the other an Equipment FMEA.
The Machinery FMEA (http://www.fmeainfocentre.com/handbooks/fordmachineryfmea.pdf)was intended for low volume, highly customizable equipment.
The Equipment FMEA (http://www.fmeainfocentre.com/examples/shortintroexample.pdf)was intended to establish the Preventative Maintenance methods and frequency for new equipment based on the RPN.
