Hullo T Balkan, and welcome to the Cove :bigwave: Has anyone had any experience in setting up QMS for a business support organisation.

T BalkanI have no experience with that, but I'm convinced that others here do. While we are waiting for them to respond: Could you provide us with a bit more detail about your business, and if possible tell us in more detail what you are wondering about? That will enhance your chances to get the answers you need.

Welcome also T Balkan.

In my opinion, a Business Support Organization will still have main processes within the organization, be it manufacturing or support. First look at a High Level overview of the Business.

For example:

Planning (Review of requirements)

Receiving (you could be receiving orders internally or externally)

Release (release the work, support or manufacturing)

Perform (the requirements)

Delivery (deliver the service or product)

Follow-up (communication of the results)

Each on of these High Level Processes have other branches that will go more into depth of the organization. Flow Chart each process and then determine which are the most critical processes that meet the ultimate requirement of Customer's needs and expectations.

Now, the above are just my opinion of the major processes within any type of organization

I am a consultant in Central Asia and currently trying to establish a QMS for Business Support Providers, with staff of up to 8 employees and less.
