View Full Version : Rv and RvK in Statistical Analysis - Inner diameter between the bearing rollers

We got the measuring results from a supplier of bearings
The inner dia ( between the rollers in the bearing ) has resulted in an acceptable ( by the supplier ) Rv = 36% and RvK 38%.

I've never heard of that. ( The rest of the dimensions is expressed in Cp & Cpk )
Didn't find anything on google either.

Before I go to the supplier, can someone enlighten me on the Rv and RvK ?

Best regards,

Antoine

These refer to bearing ratio parameters.

RvK = the reduced valley to core ratio (measurement of depth below the nominal/core roughness).

Rv = the maximum valley depth (depth at lowest point).

Hope this helps.
