The financial institutes are one of the easiest areas for implementation of ISO. Most of the operational and inspection / vigilance /review processes are already clearly defined with no clashes among them. They are also rigidly followed. Records are maintained. Add the management responsibility / resouce / measurement modules and your system is ready.

The process is no different than that for manufacturing, it's just what is done (the product) that is different.

It is exactly the product realisation area that is already very very clearly defined and it is also under audit by the accountants. If you could be more specific about your product and your exact problem it would help.

What is your product?

What is necessary to generate it?

What is necessary to control it?

How do you know if your product requirements are met?
