Hi guys,

I am new to MINITAB and need some help on a simple command. I want to count the number of occurrences in a column of a particular value (in this instance the number of times 0 is recorded). Help on how to achieve this would be brilliant.

Thanks!!

You might want to specify what version of Minitab you are using.

OK - I'm not a Minitab expert so I can't help, but it will clarify things for the experts who visit. Hopefully someone will have an answer for you soon.

In Minitab 14 there is a menu choice Stat/Tables/Tally Individual Variables. IT counts the number of occurrences of each value in a column.
