I'm chasing some ideas on developing sampling plans based on AS1199, ISO 2859-1.

My problem is I have a number of options, details are:

Items are safety critical i.e They protect life!
User wants 100% confidence that all items will be 100% OK--Can't do
Total number of items 90000
Batches of 500

Looking for a confidence level that provides 95-98% confidence that there will be no defects within the Lot!

Can anyone help?

Its been a very long time since I did any of this type of work!!!
