What would be the best way?

Look at what the requirements are that you have to meet (regulatory, system and so forth) and then develop a checklist to see if you do.

If you're required to generate a record, do you?

If a special measurement is required, is it made and is it correct?

If a procedure is required to be used, is it being used?

On, and on, and on...

That's as simple as it gets....

Now you'll get all the complicated stuff from here on...Good luck

I agree with moderator, But also consider the following:
1. Bring out the common requirements in all the Standards, regulatory & Statutory.
2. Complie the requirements not common but reqiured to be met as per the standards.
3. Make a checklist compiling the 1&2.
4. This will give u ceck list without duplicating the same job during your IA.:bonk:[QUOTE]
