Good day all::bigwave:
My company is considering purchasing the ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training Materials package from The 9000 Store. Has anyone else used this? If so, was it effective?
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!

I purchased their internal auditor training.
It was useful.
Technically it was OK, but it lacked a lot in the personnel issues of auditing -
professional conduct, what kind of reactions to expect from auditees, how to deal with difficult auditees, good ways to phrase questions, how to construct open ended questions, etc.
I added about a dozen slides of my own (with the help of the resouces on this forum) to flesh it out.
The best part is the sticky bubble gum stuff - I can do the training, but making up a fake company with fake procedures and paperwork to audit is very very time consuming.
Edit: Marc has a great set of training slides here for purchase. I'll be buying them in the future for more advanced training.
