Somebody could tell me the answer for this question?
On the APQP manual Section 6.2 (Overview) specify that a control plan describes the actions that are required at each phase of the process including receiving, in-process, out-going, etc.
Does it mean that I must include every single operation involve on manufacturing process or just the one that we identify as critical operation in every phase?

Technically, you only have to put critical operations on the control plan as determined by the Process and/or Design FMEA. However, you still have to have a Process Flow Diagram and FMEA (if automotive). In those every step must be addressed.
