For folks looking for a control plan and related APQP documentation, I suggest you look at the APQP and Control Plan Manual. There are examples therein. For examples see pages 47 through 55. There are examples of about 9 'types' of control plans. Now I will admit most of them have only a few lines, but I guarantee you that 20 pages of a Control Plan will not help you any more. It's the same stuff. The FMEA stuff is in the FMEA Manual. In addition, take a read through: http://Elsmar.com/pdf_files/
