Hello everyone,
i'm making a reliability prediction (using Reliability Data Handbook, Universal model for reliability prediction of electronics components, PCBs and equipment from IEC) over a PCB. I'm calculating failure rate of an MCU from freescale, HC908GZ8, but i can't find any information about the technology (CMOS, BiCMOS ecc..) and number of transistor...the same things happened also for other MCU modules, like ADC...What can i do?
