Can anyone tell me where I can what is required to place a childs art stamp on the market. The stamp will be made out of a polymer, not rubber. What testing to we have to do on this polymer?
Thanks

Off the top of my head you'll probably have to check for things like:
hazardous materials of construction
sharp corners and edges
crush it to see if it will shatter or break (leaving a sharp edge or small piece) under a target child's weight
pull it apart to see if any small pieces that could be swallowed will come off
etc
