Hi santoshn and Welcome to the Cove :bigwave: !

If you scroll down to the bottome of the page, you will find links to similar threads covering the 21 required records.

Can you give us the specific paragraph that is under debate?

Welcome to the Cove, santoshn. I will admit that I don't see what is so confusing regarding the records. Perhaps you can share with us more details about this debate? :)

Please everyone book mark the following website and read everything posted there.

http://isotc.iso.org/livelink/livelink/3553645/Documentation.doc?func=doc.Fetch&nodeid=3553645

One document posted there is N525R - Guidance on Documentation. It has some great info in it; defintions, examples, the list of required procedures and an Annex (B) that lists the required records.

What a great website with lots-o-info.

Regards,

Dirk

Thanks all for ur responses. As we can see in this discussion itself our friend tedschmitt has represented one school of thought that for all the records, check ( see 4.2.4) which appears 21 times !!!
its interesting to note that clause 4 also appears in this list group - in that case !!
however the other school of thought ( which i second, is that 3 records are from 7.6 & none from cl 4 !)
Many thanks to our friends Stijloor & vanputten for the link provided which confirms this fact !!!
it may sound ridiculous regarding this confusion - but its a practical scenario that i have seen in many peoples mind - it exists !
people simply believe that whereever see 4.2.4 exists its a mandatory record ! though 19 of them matches.
thanks :thanx: to all again
