Is there any requirement on distance away from the ground/floor?

Welcome to the cove. You can SEARCH in this forum - there are plenty of info available on this topic. This could be obtained either by using "Search" function in the menu or see below your post for identical posts.

For the area classification, ISO 14644 is the best. It contains 8 series ie ISO 14644 - 1 to 8.
