1) CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ABOUT THE "CONTROL METHOD" MENTIONED IN THE CONTROL PLAN.
2) IF 100% INSPECTION IS CARRIED OUT FOR A CHARACTERISTICS WHAT SHOULD BE THE CONTROL METHOD?

There are really two types of control methods for control plans and FMEA, prevention control and detection control.

Your 100% inspection would be a "detection" control method for your characteristic.

A type of preventive control method might be an auto detect and reset for tool wear.
