View Full Version : What is the difference between ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and ISO 10012-1 George321 4th June 2007, 08:53 AM Hi, I was wondering if anybody can help me understand the differences and similarities of these two standards. There is 3 standards that are usually used for calibration: ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 17025 and ISO 10012. They look very similar but apparently their is some major differences. Does anybody know their differences and which standard is appropriate for which organization?
